As a mobile makeup artist in Toronto, autumn is one of my favourite times to do make-up for brides. Using warm and bold colours to make your eyes, cheekbones and lips pop against your bridal gown is something that I encourage. 1. Bold Lips
In the spring and summer months, brides prefer to wear lighter lip colours like pink and coral, but autumn is a great time to change things up and do a bold lip. So if you want your lips to pop, consider darker colours like plum, red or burgundy.

2. Flushed Cheeks
Gold and bronze highlights across cheekbones reflect the season. If cheekbones are something you want to show-off this is a great way to do so, and you can ask your professional make-up artist to add a little shimmer then all the better.

3. Smoky Eyes
A subtle smoky eye is perfect for a fall wedding to add some glam to your overall look. As a Toronto make-up artist, I love reflecting my client’s looks with the season. Make your eyes pop, which will look so beautiful in pictures and videos, and of course to your groom!
